As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering a unique and memorable experience for our customers as they navigate their CarMax journey. Your role includes guiding and supporting customers in a straightforward and seamless process, ensuring they feel valued every step of the way. By collaborating with various teams, you will contribute to our mission of providing honest and transparent services that drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers throughout their interactions, from sales and appraisals to test drives and financing.
Conduct thorough vehicle condition assessments and relay pertinent information to buyers for customer appraisals.
Receive and check in vehicles shipped to CarMax, managing daily scanning and inventory reconciliation.
Ensure all vehicles meet CarMax Quality Standards through cosmetic inspections.
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining transaction paperwork, contacting finance companies about customer contracts, and auditing completed paperwork.
Create service appointments and review accuracy of repair order invoices for services performed.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in retail.
Valid Driver's License.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
