Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers through the sale process, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
Conduct vehicle assessments by gathering and relaying important information to aid in customer appraisals.
Receive and check in vehicles shipped to CarMax, performing accurate inventory scans.
Perform cosmetic inspections to ensure all vehicles adhere to CarMax Quality Standards.
Handle various administrative tasks, such as managing transaction paperwork, contacting finance companies, and auditing completed documents.
Schedule service appointments and review repair order invoices for accuracy in billing documentation.
Purpose of the Role
This is a dynamic retail sales environment where teamwork is essential to meet goals and effectively manage diverse customer interactions. You will build rapport quickly, balancing customer needs with business objectives. Your duties may include vehicle sales, processing sales paperwork, appraisals, and managing repair orders, all while working under minimal supervision. Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred prior experience in sales and customer service, particularly in retail.
Valid Driver's License.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
