As a Customer Experience Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to guide and support customers throughout their journey at CarMax, ensuring a simple and seamless purchasing process. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service, facilitating each step of the car buying or selling process, from appraisals to test drives and financing. Assess vehicle conditions by communicating key information to our Buyers to support customer appraisals. Receive and check in vehicles shipped to CarMax, ensuring accuracy with daily inventory tasks. Conduct cosmetic inspections to ensure all vehicles meet CarMax Quality Standards. Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining transaction paperwork, liaising with finance companies, and managing cash/payment processes. Schedule service appointments and verify repair invoice documentation for accuracy. Able to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior sales and customer service experience, especially in retail, is preferred. Valid Driver's License. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
