As a Customer Service Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in delivering a top-notch experience to our customers. What you'll do - Essential Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers from the initial sale or appraisal process through test drives and financing applications.
Conduct comprehensive vehicle condition assessments to support accurate customer appraisals.
Manage the intake of vehicles shipped to CarMax, ensuring proper daily inventory scanning and reconciliation.
Perform cosmetic inspections to ensure all vehicles meet CarMax Quality Standards.
Handle various administrative tasks such as printing daily reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, contacting finance companies regarding customer contracts, and managing cash/payment processes.
Schedule service appointments and review invoices for retail service work, ensuring documentation accuracy.
Purpose of the role
In this dynamic retail sales environment, you'll collaborate with your team to achieve goals and handle diverse customer interactions. Your ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs is key to ensuring smooth operations. You'll manage a variety of tasks, including vehicle sales, processing paperwork, assessing vehicle conditions for appraisals, and overseeing repair orders. Education and/or Experience
