Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service by guiding customers through the entire process, from sale to vehicle appraisal, test drives, and financing applications.
Conduct thorough vehicle condition assessments and communicate findings to assist in customer appraisals.
Manage the check-in and receipt of vehicles shipped to CarMax, ensuring diligent scanning and reconciliation of inventory.
Perform cosmetic inspections and uphold CarMax Quality Standards for all vehicles.
Handle various administrative tasks such as printing daily reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, communicating with finance companies, and managing cash/payment processes.
Create service appointments and verify the accuracy of repair order invoices.
