Technical Service Representative - Coatings
Specialty Industrial Coatings company is seeking a
Technical Service Representative
to support OEM customers in the upper Midwest. The position can be located in MN, WI, or IA. Responsibilities:
Work with customers to proactively solve problems and ensure quality. Provide training to customers' paint line production teams on best liquid spray practices. Assist customers with trials of new products, applications, and formulations. Collaborate closely with the Territory Account Manager. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience; more experience is a plus. Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the upper Midwest (WI, MN, IA, NE, KS). Prior experience as a Technical Service Representative or Chemist. Strong communication skills for working with customers and internal teams. Work from a home office with 50-60% overnight travel.
