What You’ll Do
Build custom cabinetry and millwork to a high standard of fit and finish
Work from detailed shop drawings and specifications
Operate and maintain shop machinery and hand tools
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and fellow craftspeople
Take ownership of your work from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a professional cabinet or millwork shop
Strong understanding of joinery, materials, and fine woodworking techniques
High attention to detail and consistency
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pride in producing top tier work
