As an Advanced Payments Relationship Specialist, you will play a crucial role in understanding our clients' needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with our products. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth and merchant loyalty by effectively selling both our proprietary and third-party solutions to existing clients, maximizing account value.

Handle all client inquiries, ensuring upsell opportunities are identified and clients are referred to the appropriate sales teams where necessary.

Oversee the onboarding, underwriting, and pricing processes required for client activation.

Remain informed about all solutions available to our clients, participating actively in training and development initiatives.

Keep leadership updated on client interactions and maintain detailed activity records and reports.

Adhere to all service level agreements and guidelines specific to your role.

Support various duties associated with your current ISV Role as requested.

Additional Responsibilities Ensure compliance with corporate sales policies.

Utilize corporate training resources effectively.

Participate in training sessions as needed.

Additional tasks may be assigned as required.

Required Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in complex, solutions-based sales environments, or similar expertise in Global Payments or financial sectors.

Extensive knowledge of our product suite and features, including third-party integrations and solutions.

In-depth understanding of internal sales, underwriting, pricing policies, and issue resolution processes.

Strong decision-making skills and high discernment abilities.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong listening skills.

Familiarity with Salesforce.com is essential.

Preferred Qualifications Experience managing and supporting referrals from third-party gateways and other external partners is advantageous.
