Big Financial Services , we help families approach retirement with more clarity and confidence. Your job is simple (but not easy):

make outbound calls to the people already in our world , start genuine conversations, and schedule appointments for them to come into the office. Compensation:

$20/hr + Commissions (Structured based on appointments set) Hours:

20/hr a week to start (could grow into Full-Time) What you’ll do

Make outbound calls to warm contacts (marketing leads, inquiries, past attendees, existing lists, etc.) Start friendly, professional conversations and

book in-office appointments Confirm key details (availability, best contact info, basic interest/needs) Handle light objections with confidence and empathy (especially with retirees and pre-retirees) Send confirmations and reminders; help improve show rates Log accurate notes in our CRM so the advisors are fully prepared Follow call policies and compliance expectations (Do-Not-Call, consent, call times, scripting) What “great” looks like in this role
