Part-Time Appointment Setter (Warm Leads) — $20/hr + bonus
Big Financial Services helps pre-retirees and retirees gain clarity and confidence about retirement. We’re hiring a
part-time appointment setter
to call
warm contacts
(marketing inquiries, seminar attendees, existing lists) and book
in-office appointments
for our advisory team. You’ll be calling people who opted in / requested information / attended an event. Hours:
20 hours/week to start (opportunity to grow to full-time) Location:
Tampa, FL What you’ll do
Make outbound calls to
warm leads
and existing contacts (no random cold calling) Have friendly, professional conversations and
schedule appointments Confirm basics (availability, best contact info, reason for interest) Use simple rebuttals and empathy with retirees/pre-retirees Send confirmations/reminders to improve show rate Log clear notes in the CRM so advisors are prepared Follow compliance and calling policies (DNC, consent, call windows) What success looks like (clear, measurable)
Consistent activity: dials, connections, conversations Strong appointment volume and quality (right-fit households) Clean CRM notes and reliable follow-up You build trust quickly — you’re not reading a script like a robot You’re a fit if you have
1+ year outbound calling / appointment setting experience (industry not required) Confidence handling “not interested” without getting rattled Reliable attendance and the ability to stay organized Comfort using a CRM and following a call process
