Overview
Sub-Zero Group Southwest, a distributor of high-end luxury appliances based in Scottsdale, seeks a Showroom Sales Associate for our Scottsdale, AZ Showroom. This role provides a best-in-class appliance consultation and shopping experience. The Showroom Sales Associate executes the showroom sales process with the goal of building a value-added relationship with the consumer through each phase of their project, including overseeing and managing the consumer’s hand-off to the retail channel. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and product expertise.
Responsibilities
Execute the appointment setting process for the showroom, including the pre-visit interview
Provide an exceptional, engaging and value-added showroom consultation for customers, whether planned or walk-in
Support customers via telephone, book appointments, share information, and uncover their needs
Partner with dealers and trade professionals to build trust and mutually beneficial relationships
Maintain a beautiful and comfortable work environment for both team and guests
Execute a seamless retail hand-off and positive customer experience between showroom visit and product installation
Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to ensure high-quality service and follow-up, incorporate feedback, and develop ongoing product knowledge
Support promotional showroom activities/events and overall operations
Maintain positive long-term customer relationships; follow up with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business
Participate in ongoing product knowledge and training
Be organized, efficient, and a responsible team member
Able to work Monday–Friday and most Saturdays; closed on Sundays
Additional Details This position requires a pre-employment drug test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. A negative drug test result is required for employment. Refusal to take the test or a positive result may disqualify a candidate from further consideration. All drug testing will be conducted in accordance with federal and state laws.
