to join our growing team and drive exceptional results in our residential portfolio in our Tucson Arizona office Responsibilities Leasing Consultant Sign new leases Help with walkin traffice in office Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed in Tucson Customer Service: Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly. Marketing and Outreach: Execute marketing plans to attract new tenants. Administrative Duties: Manage leasing paperwork, including agreements and renewals. Maintain accurate records and reports. Address any walk in traffice in office Monitor rental rates and recommend adjustments in Tucson Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections of Vacant units. Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams to address issues. Qualifications Active Arizona Real Estate License (Required for leasing single-family homes in AZ). 3 years of leasing or property management experience (preferably with single-family homes and multifamily residential rentals). Required Skills Excellent communication & sales skills, you can build trust and close deals! Marketing properties on Zillow, MLS, Aparments.com Proficiency in office software for data entry, document management, and excel. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Strong Team Player Preferred Skills Rentvine leadsimple Aptly Pay range and compensation package ( $45,000 to 50,000 Paid Time Off (PTO) Holiday Pay sick pay.
