What to Expect What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide IT support for technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems
Monitor and support Azure Backups and manage cloud services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
Offer basic technical support at the network level, including WAN and LAN connectivity
Document changes and updates to client environments and communicate with clients regarding incident progress
Ensure quick resolution of client requests through effective routing and escalation of service requests
What is Required
Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or MIS, or two years of IT or related experience
CompTIA Security+ Certification
Open to any shift, on-call rotations, and potential weekend work to support a 24/7 operation
Proficient in Office 365 and Windows 10/11 Administration
Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently
How to Stand Out
Network+ Certification
Familiarity with ConnectWise and Kaseya
Experience with Windows Server Administration
Knowledge of virtualization technologies, primarily Microsoft and VMware
Understanding of network technologies such as TCP/IP and firewalls
