Provide expert guidance and hands-on support for Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud. Ideal for seasoned compensation professionals with deep system and process expertise. Collaborate with Total Rewards and People Business Partners to ensure smooth execution of compensation programs. Responsibilities
Lead consultant for Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud support, configuration, and troubleshooting. Partner with Total Rewards and People Business Partners to resolve complex compensation issues. Support compensation planning cycles: testing, validation, and deployment. Participate in User Acceptance Testing and bug fixes for Oracle Fusion Compensation tools. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows and user experience. Deliver training, documentation, and end-user support. Apply advanced knowledge to optimize compensation operations and drive efficiencies. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted. 8–10 years of relevant compensation experience, including system implementation and support. Required: Expertise in Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud. Preferred: Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud certification. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with compensation modeling and reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
