Responsibilities

Develop and implement advertising strategies for SaaS services, tech companies, and promising startups in the North American and Western European markets

Launch and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other popular platforms, achieving target results for Aimers' clients

Set up conversion tracking (including e-commerce) and conversion funnels in analytics systems and advertising platforms

Configure reports and analyze CRM system data to assess high-level business metrics and the impact of advertising on them

Regularly conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, landing pages, and strategies to improve performance and project development

Participate in the implementation of innovative optimization tools, AI solutions, and new advertising platforms

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience

Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms

Experience with analytics systems and advanced skills in Google Tag Manager and GA4

Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to solve technical issues as they arise

Fully remote work, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world
