Responsibilities
Launch and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms to achieve KPIs for Aimers clients
Develop and implement advertising strategies for SaaS services and Tech Companies in the American and European markets
Set up conversion funnels in analytics systems and advertising platforms
Analyze CRM system data and configure reports
Conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, landing pages, and strategies to improve results and project development
Participate in the implementation of AI solutions and innovative tools to optimize work
Requirements
Work experience with Google Ads for 3+ years (mandatory): setup, optimization, scaling
Experience in setting up advertising on Meta
Experience with analytics systems, advanced skills in Google Tag Manager and GA4
Experience in international projects
Strong analytical skills, experience in data-driven decision making
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Problem-solving skills for technical issues
English language proficiency from A2 and above
Will be an advantage:
Experience in the B2B sector
Experience in setting up advertising on LinkedIn
