$55.00 - $57.00/hr. We\'re looking for someone to support our team who is a strong writer and learning experience designer, with a passion for clarity, simplicity, and helping people learn. You will transform complex leadership content into engaging learning materials that drive measurable impact. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and other designers to create blended learning experiences that are consistent, scalable, and learner-focused. Responsibilities
Partner with subject matter experts and program owners to define clear learning objectives aligned to business needs. Conduct needs analyses and evaluate existing content to determine the best instructional approach. Design and write training content across modalities (job aids, e-learning, facilitator-led, blended) that simplifies complexity and supports performance on the job. Develop learner assessments and evaluation tools to measure knowledge transfer and program effectiveness. Create templates, standards, and processes that streamline design work and enable scalability across the team. Maintain and update existing training programs to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with evolving business needs. Collaborate across the GOLD LDD team to build AI-enabled, data-driven learning solutions that support continuous improvement. Requirements
7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or technical writing. Experience with e-learning development tools (e.g., Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond). Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information. Experience applying instructional design principles (adult learning, on-the-job learning, performance support). Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects. Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally. Knowledge of instructional theories, adult learning, on the job learning, knowledge management theories, and principles in both digital and classroom instruction Preferred Qualifications
Experience with e-learning development tools (e.g., Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia). Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms. Familiarity with knowledge management systems, content reuse, and scalable design practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Photoshop or visual design tools. Experience designing AI-enabled or data-informed learning solutions a plus. Pay Transparency
Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00 - $57.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
