We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce sales professional based in Italy to help us grow our presence in Italy. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and taking real ownership of opportunities from first conversation through to long-term partnership. You’ll work closely with customers in Italy and collaborate with our delivery teams across Europe to shape solutions that genuinely fit each client’s business. What you’ll do Develop and manage the Italian sales pipeline Sell Salesforce-based consulting and digital transformation services Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and partners Work closely with consultants and architects to shape proposals and solutions Represent the company in a professional and credible way in the market What we’re looking for Several years of experience selling Salesforce solutions or consulting services (partner, ISV, or ecosystem background) A solid understanding of Salesforce platforms and how they support real business needs A proven ability to win new customers and grow existing accounts Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving consultancy where initiative matters Strong communication and negotiation skills Good knowledge of the Italian market and business culture A specialist European consultancy with strong Salesforce expertise Senior delivery teams you can rely on to support your deals High level of autonomy and trust Real opportunity to shape and grow our business in Italy A straightforward, people-focused culture without unnecessary hierarchy Interested?
