Director of Behavioral Health . This full-time leadership role oversees clinical operations, supports multidisciplinary teams, and ensures the delivery of high-quality, integrated behavioral health services. Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of behavioral health programs, staffing, and compliance Provide leadership and supervision to clinical and administrative teams Develop and implement policies to meet accreditation and regulatory standards Collaborate with medical and community partners for coordinated care Monitor performance metrics and drive program improvement initiatives Support team development through mentorship and ongoing training Contribute to strategic planning and service expansion efforts Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, or related field Current California licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PhD, PsyD, or RN with psychiatric background) Minimum of 5 years’ experience in behavioral health, including leadership roles Strong understanding of clinical best practices and community mental health systems Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills Benefits
