
Overview
We are seeking an Account Manager to drive strategic growth. This role combines relationship leadership, strategic selling, and deep technical understanding to expand our installed base, win new programs, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Cultivate Strategic Relationships:
Build, strengthen, and leverage long-term relationships with key stakeholders across strategic customer accounts. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
Collaborate cross‑functionally to create targeted sales approaches that secure new business and expand within existing accounts. Increase Market Share:
Grow the installed base of photonics test systems to drive both engineering and high‑volume production opportunities. Customer Advocacy:
Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are understood internally while aligning with broader business and product strategies. Business Management:
Oversee all commercial activities, including tester installations and upgrades, sales team coordination, service and support engagements, competitive sales processes, roadmap alignment, forecasting, quoting, and order booking. Qualifications
Experience:
10+ years of overall experience, including at least 5+ years in capital equipment sales within the semiconductor industry or related fields. Sales Acumen:
Proven success identifying new opportunities, closing new business, and driving expansion across existing accounts. Customer Focus:
Demonstrated ability to advocate for customer needs and ensure timely, effective solutions. Organizational Strength:
Highly detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and responsive, with excellent management of complex, multi‑stakeholder activities. Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and time‑management skills. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent technical experience; MBA is a plus.
