Position Overview 51Sim provides a high‑fidelity simulation platform and synthetic data for autonomous driving vehicles and robots, helping robots transition safely into the real world. This role will take full ownership of 51Sim’s go‑to‑market expansion and commercial partnerships. By building strategic partnerships, expanding the ecosystem, and developing key accounts, you will drive scalable growth and commercialization in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities 1. Market Expansion & Strategic Partnerships

Identify and establish key strategic partnerships, including OEMs, AI labs, robotics companies, and related stakeholders.

Drive 51Sim’s commercial adoption in B2B scenarios and expand strategic/key customer accounts.

Own the end‑to‑end BD process—from market development and commercial negotiations to contract execution—ensuring high‑quality partnership outcomes.

2. Business Model Innovation & Ecosystem Building

Participate in defining and continuously optimizing the product commercialization strategy.

Build and manage a partner ecosystem, such as joint labs, partner programs, and industry alliances.

Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to drive co‑marketing initiatives, technical demos, industry summits, and joint case‑study releases to strengthen brand influence.

3. Customer Management & Growth

Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure smooth execution and long‑term renewals.

Gather and analyze customer needs to support product optimization, feature innovation, and verticalized deployments.

Track BD KPIs (number of partnerships, close rate, revenue contribution, customer lifetime value, etc.) to ensure sustained growth.

4. Strategic Insights & Industry Analysis

Continuously monitor trends and competitive dynamics in frontier industries.

Identify new business opportunities, vertical application scenarios, and strategic investment directions.

Provide strategic insights and market analysis reports to senior leadership to support decision‑making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in marketing, computer science, artificial intelligence, business management, or related fields are preferred.

3+ years of experience delivering solutions to OEMs or robotics firms.

Strong understanding of the North American market ecosystem and commercial models.

Highly results‑driven with strong negotiation skills; able to independently drive the full lifecycle from opportunity discovery to contract signing.

Excellent English communication and business presentation skills; able to collaborate across time zones.

Able to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment with high intensity execution.
