As we continue to scale our sales and marketing engine, we are seeking a Campaigns and Segmentation Project Manager to bring strategy to life through precise execution, intelligent targeting, and data driven insights. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, this role sits at the center of campaign planning and delivery. You will partner across Sales, Marketing, Owner Solutions, Business Operations, and Engineering to ensure the right message reaches the right owners at the right time and drives measurable results across revenue, engagement, and inventory performance.

Your Impact
Execute multi channel campaigns across email, SMS, and outbound call programs
Manage campaign calendars, workflows, and timelines using tools such as Monday.com
Build and refine customer segments based on ownership status, eligibility, behavior, and campaign objectives
Coordinate closely with Owner Solutions to align campaigns with call center capacity and lead flow
Partner with Marketing on messaging, creative readiness, and launch timing
Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce based campaign data requests and reporting
Deliver consistent performance reporting on engagement, conversion, and opt out metrics
Share campaign updates and insights with Sales leadership, Inventory Management, Resort General Managers, Asset Management, and Customer Care
Identify learnings and optimization opportunities to improve future campaign performance
What You Bring
At least 3 years of experience in campaign execution, segmentation, CRM operations, or marketing project management
Hands on experience delivering omni channel campaigns including email, SMS, and outbound coordination
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance metrics
Comfort working cross functionally with sales, marketing, call center, and engineering teams
Experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, hospitality, or subscription based businesses strongly preferred
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel with familiarity in segmentation logic or SQL considered a plus
A proactive, detail oriented, and collaborative approach to execution
