Maintain corporate records, entity filings, licenses, and governance documentation across multiple jurisdictions. Support formation, dissolution, and ongoing maintenance of corporate entities. Prepare and manage contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and legal documentation. Draft board resolutions, meeting minutes, legal correspondence, and organizational records. Track regulatory filings, compliance deadlines, and reporting requirements. Assist with real estate, HOA, and resort transaction coordination and closings. Manage title reports, insurance certificates, and closing documentation. Support internal audits, regulatory inquiries, acquisitions, and due diligence activities. Assist with litigation coordination, discovery requests, and document production. Serve as a liaison between Legal, Finance, Accounting, HOA, HR, and Operations teams. Maintain secure document management systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Support special projects led by the Real Estate & Business Operations team. What You Bring

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field required; Paralegal Certificate preferred. 4–5+ years of corporate governance, compliance, or real estate paralegal experience. Experience supporting hospitality, real estate, property management, or multi-entity organizations strongly preferred. Working knowledge of corporate governance practices and regulatory compliance processes. Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional document drafting experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and document management platforms. Experience with DocuSign or contract lifecycle systems preferred.
