
Client is hiring a
mid-level E-Commerce Growth Marketing Manager
to own and execute growth across our
Shopify e-commerce platform and physical retail stores . This role blends
digital marketing, growth marketing, and performance marketing
to drive both
online revenue and in-store traffic . This position is
100% onsite in Beavercreek, Ohio , working closely with leadership, creative, and store teams. Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Acquisition
Manage paid digital campaigns across major platforms (paid social, search, shopping, video, retargeting) Optimize budgets to hit
CAC, ROAS, and MER targets Launch and iterate creative and landing-page tests Maintain attribution using
GA4, UTMs, and Shopify analytics Align digital campaigns with product drops, launches, and in-store promotions Drive both e-commerce conversions and store traffic Support emerging digital platforms and new growth opportunities Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Identify site friction using analytics and testing tools Run A/B tests across PDPs, collections, homepage, cart, and checkout Improve mobile UX, site speed, and merchandising Email & Customer Lifecycle Marketing
Manage email and SMS programs (Klaviyo preferred) Build automated flows and execute promotional campaigns Improve repeat purchase rate and customer LTV SEO & Organic Growth
Optimize product and collection pages for organic performance Support keyword research and technical site improvements Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on
CAC, ROAS, MER, CVR, AOV, and LTV Build weekly performance reports to guide decisions Qualifications
Required
3–5 years of experience in
e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth marketing Hands-on experience with
Shopify Experience managing paid digital channels Strong understanding of CRO and analytics (GA4)
