
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, has a keen interest in financial markets, and is eager to grow within a dynamic company. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our digital and social marketing initiatives, as well as managing our internal newsletters and other internal marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the creation, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, webinars, and content marketing. Coordinate and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content across various platforms. Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including building email lists, crafting copy, and analyzing campaign performance. Collaborate with the design team to develop promotional materials, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing software. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the trading and financial education space. Assist in organizing and promoting webinars, events, and other community-building initiatives. Maintain and update the company’s social media channels to ensure consistent brand messaging. Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications
Self-motivated and proactive, with a proven ability to complete tasks on time or ahead of schedule while maintaining high quality. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the finance or education sectors. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, Google/Meta Ads, HubSpot, Keap/Infusion, and social media platforms. Familiarity with utilizing AI to enhance process or create efficiency A passion for financial markets and trading is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
