We are looking for a talented

Designer (Men’s)

to join our private label team, focused on casual outdoor, hiking, and workwear-inspired apparel. This is a hands-on role with no direct reports, ideal for a detail-oriented designer who enjoys owning product from concept through production while working closely with a Senior Designer. The designer will help deliver durable, comfortable, performance-influenced lifestyle product with a rugged, authentic sensibility similar to heritage outdoor brands. Responsibilities

Design men’s casual outdoor, hiking, and workwear-inspired apparel under the direction of the Senior Designer Develop seasonal concepts, key silhouettes, fabric stories, trims, and color palettes that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and functional goals Create accurate, detailed flat sketches and design packages using

Adobe Illustrator Support private label product creation from initial concept through final production hand-off Collaborate closely with Technical Design, Merchandising, and Production to ensure design intent, cost targets, and timelines are met Review development and pre-production samples; provide clear notes on fit, construction, function, and quality improvements Research market trends, competitive landscape, yarns, trims, washes, and performance materials relevant to outdoor and workwear categories Maintain organized design files, line sheets, and BOM-related information for assigned categories Qualifications

Experience designing

men’s sportswear, outdoor, or workwear apparel

(cut & sew knits and wovens) Private label background strongly preferred , particularly with major retailers or lifestyle brands Strong understanding of functional construction, utility details, and performance or durability-focused materials Proficiency in

Adobe Illustrator ; working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Cloud programs is a plus Ability to translate concept direction into commercially viable, brand-right product Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple styles and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to incorporate feedback and work within established brand guidelines Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully on-site environment with cross-functional partners This role is well-suited for a designer who is passionate about functional men’s apparel, enjoys being hands-on throughout the development process, and thrives in an in-person, collaborative studio setting.
