Base Pay Range : $74,470 - $105,064
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.
Position Summary The Digital Business Analyst will play a key role on the Web Development team and within IT/OT. This position is responsible for supporting the ongoing development of Banner’s public‑facing website and multiple ecommerce experiences, contributing to the success of marketing & sales initiatives and the company as a whole. The Digital Business Analyst works closely with developers across multiple IT/OT teams and with company stakeholders to ensure the web development team delivers work that meets business and customer needs. The ideal candidate brings strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills and a proven ability to positively influence customer‑facing experiences. Key Responsibilities
Enhancing and improving the experience of websites and applications used in Banner's sales distribution channels, including the public‑facing website and ecommerce experiences (B2C, B2B)
Acting as liaison between business stakeholders, customers or end users, and the development team for specific initiatives
Working with stakeholders and development team to refine work requests and document functional and non‑functional requirements
Developing user stories and acceptance criteria
Creating and maintaining user‑facing and internal documentation
Working with project managers and project teams to challenge and define the scope of projects, using appropriate elicitation and documentation techniques
Working with the marketing department on customizing web site authoring, publishing, translation, workflow and other processes to execute Banner’s marketing strategy
Serving as a point‑of‑contact for third‑party integrations with Adobe Experience Manager, Spryker and other supported platforms
Documenting functional test cases and executing test cases/plans
Participating in scheduled regression testing for projects and as part of regular release cycle
Facilitating business acceptance and solution validation through UAT
Training and support of both technical and business end‑users
Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of Banner’s business practices, products, and customers
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with coworkers and management
Other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field. Candidates with significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
3-5 years' experience as a business analyst or related position
2-3 years' experience working with Adobe Experience Manager or another enterprise CMS
2-3 years' experience working with B2B enterprise ecommerce systems, including customer‑facing experiences and multiple storefronts
Experience with scrum and agile
Understanding of customer experience, experience management, personalization, targeting and usage analysis
Competent in running business workshops to capture and prioritize user stories
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences
Strong planning and organizational skills
Problem solver and ability to maintain a keen attention to detail and manage multiple initiatives
Preferred
Experience working with AEM version 6.5+
Experience working with JIRA
Experience working with databases and SQL
Manufacturing industry experience
Supervisory Responsibilities
