Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and meet revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Research:

Analyze industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.

Pitching & Negotiation:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, and negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals.

Sales Funnel Management:

Track and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities through the pipeline.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on client needs and deliver seamless solutions.

Reporting:

Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and future projections.

Revenue Growth:

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high client retention rates.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience:

Proven experience of 3+ years in business development, sales, or a related field, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Industry Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of IT service industry.

Client Relationship Management:

Strong ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients at all levels.

Sales Skills:

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to tailor pitches to client needs.

Market Research:

Ability to analyze market trends and competitors to spot growth opportunities.
