Business Development Representative (BDR) – Kitchen & Bath Showrooms
Field-Based | W-2 | No Commission | Structured Pay
We are hiring aBusiness Development Representative (BDR) to visit kitchen & bath showrooms in an assigned territory.
Your job is to:
Maintain strong relationships with existing showrooms
Ensure consistent territory coverage
This role follows a structured, activity-based model (similar to Comcast B2B), not a commission gamble.
Compensation (Very Clear & Predictable) Daily Pay
$200 per day when 5 qualified showroom visits are completed
$35 for each additional visit (6th visit and up)
Monthly KPI Bonuses (Stackable)
New accounts opened
Reactivated inactive dealers
Reduction of inactive dealers
Realistic annual earnings:
$65,000 – $85,000+

What Counts as a “Qualified Visit”
In-person showroom visit
Minimum 15 minutes
Logged same day
Includes notes + photos
(We keep rules clear and fair.)
Responsibilities
Visit kitchen & bath showrooms daily
Introduce 802 Cabinetry products and programs
Support designers with basic questions
Log visits accurately and professionally
Maintain assigned territory coverage
What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
Comfortable with local daily travel
