We are seeking a Litigation Support Specialist to support trial teams on high-stakes litigation matters. This role is ideal for someone who is highly tech-savvy, creative, dependable, and able to perform under pressure. You do not need prior trial experience to apply. This position is well suited for candidates early in their careers, especially those with backgrounds or degrees in technology, information systems, graphic design, data visualization, or related fields. What matters most is your work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under tight deadlines. PowerPoint expertise is essential. Attorneys rely heavily on visually clear, accurate, and persuasive presentations in court. In this role, you will help shape how complex facts are presented to judges and juries.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations for trials, hearings, mediations, and internal strategy sessions
Create compelling demonstratives that simplify complex information for judges and juries
Develop timelines, charts, graphics, and visual narratives that reinforce key case themes
Translate testimony, expert opinions, data, and legal strategy into persuasive visuals
Manage and organize trial exhibits, demonstratives, and presentation materials
Provide real-time edits and updates as cases move quickly toward trial
Set up, test, and operate courtroom and war-room audio-visual equipment
Troubleshoot technical issues during hearings and trials
Coordinate with court staff and vendors regarding technology needs
Work closely with attorneys and litigation team members under tight deadlines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly
Advanced PowerPoint skills required
Comfort working with AV equipment and presentation technology
Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed
High dependability, accountability, and strong work ethic
Experience with trial presentation software (e.g., Trial Director, OnCue, DepoView) is a plus
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is a plus
