Position Overview: Digital Marketing Coordinator Elevate is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our daily operations for ticketed sports at UCLA. This individual will be fundamental in sales enablement and prospect growth and be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing sales data, and identifying trends to inform strategic decisions. The core responsibilities include all efforts related to digital marketing including email marketing, sales team support and lead activation, data collection and digital advertising engagement, and attendance-driving tactics in order to generate revenue and sell tickets. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will receive direct exposure to and support from the Elevate Business Intelligence & Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is an analytical team player and great communicator, who is versed in digital marketing and ecommerce platforms. Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Execution: Assist in the execution of ticket sales marketing campaigns across UCLA Athletics channels (email, web, and paid media), following established plans and direction from the Elevate Marketing Lead. Sales Team Support & Lead Activation: Support ticket sales efforts by helping deploy lead-gen initiatives (digital promos, web forms, in-venue data capture etc.) and ensuring leads are provided to the CRM Analyst for input and timely use by the sales team. Email Marketing Deployment: Craft, schedule, and deploy email comms that support UCLA Athletics, including on-sales, promotional campaigns, newsletters, and automated messages, under established templates and messaging guidance. Ticketing & Web Content Updates: Maintain and update ticketing-related web pages and campaign landing pages, ensuring accuracy of offers, pricing, dates, and CTAs to support conversion & lead generation. Performance Monitoring & Optimization Support: Track basic campaign metrics (e.g. sends, engagement, traffic, clicks) and share results with marketing and sales leadership to support optimization and amplification of ticket sales efforts. Education And/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience required Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a digital marketing or ecommerce role is preferred Relevant experience with marketing and digital commerce platforms, such as Eloqua Relevant understanding of NCAA and Big Ten Conference bylaws is a plus Familiarity with CRM systems & processes is a plus Computer proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, HTML, Adobe Photoshop Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
