Inside Sales Representative

What You’ll Be Doing
Make outbound calls and generate leads to build a strong customer pipeline.
Use internal data tools (including Tableau) to identify sales opportunities and customer trends.
Contact customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products.
Handle customer concerns professionally and provide effective solutions.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and issues in the CRM.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Work with other departments (marketing, purchasing, operations) to improve products and sales strategies.
Support a positive, team-focused environment and model professionalism.
Stay organized, manage your time well, and maintain a clean, professional workspace.
What They’re Looking For
Proven sales or customer service experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfort with Excel, order entry, and general computer competency.
Ability to learn quickly and apply various sales techniques such as upselling, objection handling, and pipeline management.
Self-motivated, friendly, outgoing, and eager to contribute ideas and improvements.
Multilingual proficiency
(Russian OR Turkish)
preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
