Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager (Russian or Turkish Speaking)
Monday–Friday | Onsite | Chicago, IL | $60,000+ commission
About the Role We’re working with a fast-growing global food company that has combined eight well-established importers and distributors into one unified organization. The business is built on strong family values, teamwork, and long-term partnerships, and is currently scaling operations to support continued growth.

Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager
who enjoys customer interaction, is curious about food products, and wants to develop a long-term career within a collaborative sales environment. This role offers clear exposure to the business and real opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to customers and prospects to generate new business and build a reliable sales pipeline
Leverage internal reporting tools, including Tableau, to uncover trends and identify sales opportunities
Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
Address customer questions or issues in a professional and timely manner
Document customer activity, notes, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather insights
Partner with marketing, purchasing, and operations teams to support sales initiatives
Contribute to a team-oriented, professional workplace culture
Manage time effectively and maintain an organized, professional work environment
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales or customer service with a proven ability to achieve targets
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in negotiation and relationship-building
Quick learner with the ability to apply sales techniques such as upselling, objection handling, and pipeline tracking
Motivated, personable, and eager to contribute ideas and improvements
Fluency in Russian OR Turkish strongly preferred
1+ year of inside sales or customer service experience preferred
