Monday–Friday | Full-Time (40+ hours/week)
Compensation:
$60,000 base salary + monthly commission incentives
About the Role We’re partnering with a well‑established food distribution company seeking a motivated Bilingual Sales Representative to grow and manage customer relationships throughout the Chicago area. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys owning accounts, building long‑term partnerships, and driving revenue in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven environment. You’ll work closely with ethnic and mainstream retail customers, helping expand product placement and overall sales.

What You’ll Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across multiple locations
Sell and promote products to existing customers while developing new business
Identify growth opportunities through consultative, needs‑based selling
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Build strong relationships with ethnic and mainstream retail partners
Prospect new business through cold calls, in‑person visits, and outreach
Analyze sales data and customer trends to guide strategy
Address and resolve customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally
Execute merchandising strategies, planograms, and promotional displays
Support off‑shelf placements and special promotions
Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and timely fulfillment
Maintain accurate CRM records, order entry, and reporting
Stay current on promotions, product offerings, and market trends
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of sales or account management experience (food distribution experience is a plus, not required)
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals
CRM experience (Repsly or similar platforms preferred)
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Self‑motivated and results‑driven mindset
Merchandising experience is a plus
Bilingual in English and Russian (required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel locally between customer locations
Ability to lift and carry 40+ pounds
