Why join our team? • Performance Bonus Opportunities • Company-Provided Vehicle & Fuel Card • 401(k) Match & Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) • Short & Long-Term Disability + Life Insurance What You’ll Do: • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems • Install wiring, outlets, switches, panels, lighting, and other electrical components • Ensure electrical systems meet all safety and code requirements • Provide excellent customer service by explaining work performed and answering questions • Accurately document work orders, materials used, and recommendations • Work closely with dispatch to ensure efficient scheduling and routing • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle • Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times • Other duties as assigned What We Are Looking For: • Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (preferred) • Minimum 2 years of residential electrical experience preferred • Strong problem-solving skills and electrical troubleshooting expertise • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • High school diploma or equivalent (trade school a plus) Pre-Employment Requirements All employment offers are contingent on successful completion of a criminal background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report.
