Compensation: $80,000–$100,000

As a Deposit Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in designing competitive deposit products, enhancing pricing strategies, and driving innovation across the deposit portfolio. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional partners, dive into complex datasets, and help build products that attract members, deepen engagement, and outperform market benchmarks.


Core Responsibilities

  • Track competitor activity and market trends to pinpoint opportunities for new features, pricing adjustments, and product differentiation.
  • Partner with product, operations, marketing, and technology teams to implement updates and continuous improvements across the deposit suite.
  • Analyze patterns in membership growth, deposit inflows/outflows, and operational performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Use financial modeling tools to measure, monitor, and forecast expense impacts.
  • Support monthly cash‑flow forecasting efforts.
  • Prepare and present recurring reports and insights for senior leadership.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance standards, and consumer banking laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial analysis, preferably within banking or financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data extraction and reporting.
  • Ability to present complex findings in a clear, digestible way to non‑technical audiences.
  • Advanced Excel skills; SQL experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of banking regulations and compliance considerations.
  • Passion for digital banking, product innovation, and emerging financial technologies.
