Leasing Manager (Multiple Openings)

EMPLOYER: Oklahoma Investment Group LLC MG JOB TITLE: Leasing Manager (Multiple Openings) JOB LOCATION: 1149 E Brooks St, Norman, OK 73071 JOB DUTIES: Responsible for managing multifamily apartment leasing for residential and commercial property management company. Specific duties include: (1) overseeing property management and leasing of apartments, condos, and/or houses, including management of day-to-day operations of all multifamily properties; (2) advertising vacant properties, developing strategies to promote the property, and coordinating open houses; (3) managing tenant relations and providing customer servicing; (4) overseeing operations and finance residential properties; (5) processing leases, paperwork, and applications, and ensuring compliance with lease terms; (6) supervising, training, and guiding leasing agents. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related business field; two years of experience in apartment or property business management, including at least one year of leasing sales experience.
