About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of child advocacy and policy. The successful candidate will be a champion for initiatives that ensure every child has access to essential resources, with a strong commitment to the organization's mission. This role requires a data-driven leader who can navigate the political landscape with integrity and nonpartisan credibility, and who has experience in large-scale advocacy and engagement campaigns. The Executive Director will be the external ambassador, responsible for representing the organization in public settings, and will work to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders to advance the vision. Strategic and visionary thinking is essential, as is the ability to inspire and motivate staff, partners, and stakeholders to think creatively and embrace innovative solutions.

They will be responsible for collaborating with the Board and staff to implement a strategic plan that drives measurable impact for children and families. Organizational leadership is a key aspect of the role, with a focus on operational excellence, financial stewardship, and fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. The Executive Director will also be involved in fundraising efforts, partnering with development staff and board members to identify and cultivate prospective donors and funding opportunities.
