
Account Development Executive
This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a new delivery program launching in the area. As an Account Development Executive you will recruit local businesses to participate in a new delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage with prospective businesses, present program benefits, qualify applicants, and coordinate recruitment events. The role includes travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers commission opportunities for successful partner conversions. Responsibilities Visit prospective businesses door-to-door within targeted towns up to two hours driving distance. Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest. Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing lead activity in Salesforce. Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings. Collaborate with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations. Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly to track and manage prospects. Essential Skills 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service. Experience in outside/field sales. CRM experience required, Salesforce preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Experience in field sales is a plus. Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation with customers is advantageous. Professionalism and enthusiasm to collaborate with others. High sense of urgency and attention to detail. Problem-solving abilities for field applicants. Tech-savvy with experience in using multiple systems and technology. Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily. Work Environment This role involves being on the road 4-5 days a week, with the remainder of time spent working from home. The position is based in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Hot Springs, AR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $26.00/hr.
