Seed Counter (Seasonal) Pay: $15.00/hour Location: Indoor research facility We are hiring Seed Counters to support agricultural research operations for Corteva Agriscience. This is an indoor, detail-focused role ideal for candidates who enjoy repetitive work, accuracy, and contributing to research that supports agriculture. Job Duties: Hand or machine counting seed by experiment Sorting and organizing seed packets for planting and shipping Verifying counts for accuracy and documentation Labeling, tracking, and organizing materials Maintaining a clean and organized work area Following standard operating and safety procedures Requirements: Must be 18 years or older Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer and navigation skills Reliable attendance and transportation Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable performing repetitive tasks Work Environment & Schedule: Indoor research setting Hours may vary; shifts may occasionally exceed 8 hours 15-minute break for every 4 hours worked 30-minute lunch per full shift Why work for Advance Services, Inc.: Advance Services is for and about people; we are your employment specialists.
