
We're Hiring: Relationship Banker - Liberty Retail Banking Team

As a Relationship Banker, you'll be the go-to person customers count on for day to day banking support and meaningful financial guidance. You will blend your banking expertise with exceptional service to deepen relationships and help customers achieve their goals. Here's what your work will look like: Open and process new deposit accounts and confidently explain bank products and services Actively sell, cross sell, and refer products to meet individual, branch, and bank goals Identify customer needs by building strong relationships and staying engaged in the community Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers promptly and supporting them in person, by phone, or electronically Research and resolve a wide range of customer service issues Operate a cash drawer daily while accurately processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions Balance your cash drawer and prepare settlements with precision Issue money orders, cashier's checks, gift cards, and other monetary instruments Follow all bank procedures and regulatory guidelines Stay up to date on new regulations and required training Work as part of a highly collaborative branch team Support other branch locations within the nbkc network as needed Complete additional duties and projects as assigned We're looking for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced customer environment, and understands the importance of accuracy and trust in banking. Required: High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of previous banking experience Strong customer service skills Ability to work as part of a team and support branch goals Knowledge of retail banking products and compliance is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office Bonus Points: Ability to identify customer needs confidently Strong number and detail orientation Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solid computer skills We respect your time.
