Contract-to-Hire: + 6-month contract to hire opportunity + Converts to a permanent position with full benefits Work Location: Downtown Detroit Griswold St, Detroit, MI 48226 (Beautiful workspace with incredible architectural views) Role Overview: The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in supporting Detroit residents through both phone-based and in-person interactions. You will: + Handle 50100 inbound calls per day from customers seeking information on available properties + Assist walk-in visitors face to face with applications, property details, and program information + Provide guidance on navigating the website and online property portal + Transfer calls to internal departments as needed (very minimal outbound calling) + Support faith-based organizations and nonprofits seeking to join community partnership programs + Learn and communicate program details clearly and professionally This is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives in helping others, and communicates with confidence.
