Qualifications & Requirements: General math skills and strong cash-handling experience Minimum 2 years' recent experience in a teller, cashier, or administrative role Excellent customer service, verbal communication, and attention to detail Comfortable using financial software and managing documentation Professional appearance and demeanor Strong attendance record and punctuality required Integrity, dependability, and a willingness to learn and grow Strong understanding of loan documentation, compliance regulations, and collateral requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and customer-focused demeanor Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in CRM systems, financial software, and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and integrity Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-driven team player Why This Job?
