Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift: 9 AM - 2 PM, Monday - Friday

Qualifications & Requirements:

General math skills and strong cash-handling experience

Minimum 2 years' recent experiencein a teller, cashier, or administrative role

Excellent customer service, verbal communication, and attention to detail

Comfortable using financial software and managing documentation

Professional appearance and demeanor

Strong attendance record and punctuality required

Integrity, dependability, and a willingness to learn and grow

Strong understanding of loan documentation, compliance regulations, and collateral requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and customer-focused demeanor

Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in CRM systems, financial software, and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and integrity

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-driven team player

Key Responsibilities:

Provide account services: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and more

Process cashier's checks, traveler's checks, and night drop deposits

Assist customers in person and over the phone

Cross-sell bank services based on customer needs

Open/close accounts, order checks, and complete special requests

Maintain and balance your cash drawer accurately

Follow all security and compliance procedures

Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism

Demonstrate reliable, consistent attendance-this is essential to the role

Contribute to a positive team environment and branch success
