
Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join a dynamic program aimed at partnering with small businesses across the United States. The role involves outbound sales efforts to generate partners in designated regions, maintaining precise records of interactions and progress in CRM systems, and responding to and qualifying inbound leads. You will conduct consultative sales calls to comprehend partner needs and showcase the value of the program. Additionally, you will provide valuable feedback to leadership concerning lead quality, market trends, and customer insights. Responsibilities: Generate partners through outbound sales efforts in assigned regions. Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems. Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals. Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective partners. Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and present the value of the program. Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights. Essential Skills: 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or tech. Proficiency in salesforce software and CRM systems. Bilingual in Spanish for specific positions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Comfortable with high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Work Environment: The work environment includes expected hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with the requirement to come into the office 1-2 times a week for meetings. This role allows you to earn commission on outbound sales, providing a rewarding opportunity to grow within a program dedicated to creating win-win scenarios for businesses joining the initiative.
