
This position is located in Green Bay, WI.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop a team of marketers across demand generation, content marketing, digital marketing, and event marketing functions.
- Partner with the VP of Marketing & Strategy on the annual development and execution of Breakthrough's marketing strategy across several mediums and platforms to drive new business opportunities into the sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with organizational goals and deliver measurable business outcomes, with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Assist in preparing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve marketing goals.
- Manage team priorities, allocate resources, and oversee the execution of projects to ensure high-quality, timely results.
- Implement go-to-market plans in partnership with sales, product, and customer success teams to support revenue growth.
- Work closely with Product teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product launches and updates.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure marketing activities are driving measurable results.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and improve ROI.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, including demonstrated experience leading a team.
- Proven expertise in multi-channel marketing, including digital, content, and brand strategy.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align functional marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience leveraging data and insights to inform strategy, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.
- Resilient and adaptable, with a growth mindset and a focus on innovation and continuous learning.
- Proficiency in MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, etc.
