Our client, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking a
Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis
to join their finance leadership team. This high-impact role will drive financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis at an enterprise level while providing key insights to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted financial partner to senior leadership, providing accurate and timely analysis.
Lead the financial planning and reporting processes, leveraging OneStream and other reporting tools.
Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
Provide oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and financial presentations for executive leadership.
Manage a team of FP&A professionals and provide guidance to global finance teams.
Support investor relations, capital expenditure analysis, and corporate financial reporting.
Identify opportunities for financial process improvements and cost optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
10+ years of finance experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
5+ years in strategic FP&A leadership, preferably at the manager or director level.
Experience in public company reporting and working with global finance teams.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, OneStream, and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation:
Salary range: $170,000 – $200,000
