We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Responsibilities include: Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders efficiently and accurately Preparing and making pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications Processing cash and credit card transactions with precision Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner Assisting with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness standards Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 lbs as needed Qualifications: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Positive attitude and friendly demeanor, with an easy smile Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Quick learner who can adapt to new processes and technologies All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
