It is accountable for driving the successful implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of programs delivered both internally and through external vendor partners, ensuring measurable, sustainable outcomes aligned with organizational strategy.
Additionally, the position delivers high‑level strategic consulting across GovPro functions, guiding teams in best‑practice process design, program evaluation, regulatory alignment, and operational excellence.
