Inbound Call Center Representative
This is a remote position.
The Inbound Call Center Representative will handle incoming calls, converting them into leads and eventually into towing jobs.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Managing a significant volume of incoming and outgoing calls in the operations.
Identifying client needs and providing effective solutions.
Answering inbound calls and transforming them into leads, and later into towing jobs.
Working conditions:

Shift work in a Call Center operating 24/7
